IIM has a staff of 213 , including 14 postdoctoral researchers, one Outstanding Young Scientist, 5 CAS Hundred Talents Program fellows, 24 research fellows and 58 research associates. Among them, 101 people have PhDs and 62 people have master degree. Besides, many Distinguished Visiting Professors, Honorary Professors and Senior Visiting Scholars have joined us.
